- Waitlist Form: Name, email, phone number, desired move-in timeframe, and any notes you choose to provide.
- Caseworker Referral Form: Caseworker name, organization, contact information, information about the woman being referred as provided by the caseworker, and her needs relevant to placement.
- Landlord Property Submission Form: Landlord or agent name, contact information, property address, bedroom and bathroom counts, rent, property type and condition, vacancy status, and openness to sublicensing arrangements.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical information including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and the referring website. This information helps us maintain site security and understand how visitors use our site.

Section 5Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third party behavioral advertising tools. Your browser may set session cookies to support basic website functionality such as remembering that you have already viewed our homepage.

Section 6Data Retention
We retain information as follows:
- Active inquiries and referrals: Retained for the duration of the relationship plus 3 years after last contact.
- Completed placements: Resident records are retained for 7 years after move-out as required by Illinois business records and tax regulations.
- Landlord submissions that did not result in a lease: Retained for 2 years in case of future opportunities, then permanently deleted upon request.
- Website analytics and server logs: Retained for up to 13 months.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@oaklinewomenssharedliving.com. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain specific information.

Caseworker referrals may include information about dependents of adult women under consideration for shared living. Such information is treated with the same protections as the adult's information and is not separately marketed to or profiled.
Section 10Real Estate Disclosure
Oakline's founder Sophia C. Ojukwu is a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker sponsored by Charles Rutenberg Realty of Illinois, LLC, based in Naperville. Any communications related to property acquisition, landlord relations, or leasing are governed by the Illinois Real Estate License Act and applicable regulations. Oakline Women's Shared Living is a separate business entity operated by Sophia C. Ojukwu as a principal party to lease transactions with landlords. This disclosure is included in compliance with Illinois real estate advertising requirements.
